3phase is a monthly film night based at the Cowley Club, 12 London Road BN1 4JA, taking place on the last Sunday of every month. Each gathering is inspired by different countries from around the world, trying to source all media and meal ideas from those regions!
Our food is cooked with conscious effort by Felix of Natural Kitchen (who's a macrobiotic chef!) with assistance from volunteers.
The evenings are aimed at entertaining, inspiring and sustaining; providing all parts of the community with a place to come, relax and experince beautiful, conscious media.
We aim to raise funds for both the Cowley Club and the Brighton and Hove Transition Campaign - http://www.transitionbrightonandhove.org - Creating community solutions to peak oil and a uncertain energy future.
The Cowley is a private members club, co-operatively owned, controlled by its members and depends upon volunteers to keep it going. Only members and their guests may enter, to join you must be proposed and seconded by existing members. Come early to the Cafe to register for membership at only £1! See you there : )
All meals are vegan, costing £3 for dinner and £1 for pudding.
